The Baan Taling Ngam is set on 16 acres nestled in coconut groves, and descending down a cliff to a white sand beach. Buildings utilise Thai architectural themes to create an open feel throughout with panoramic views. There are two main swimming pools, and five villa pools. There is also a day spa, fitness centre, boutique, spa tub, beauty salon, DVD rentals (surcharge), free water sport equipment and mountain bikes, and two cement tennis courts. Several shuttles are available to spots around the island, and excursions can be arranged to go snorkelling at nearby coral reefs or elephant trekking.

Baan Taling Ngam offers a full business centre, an Internet lounge, and two function rooms accommodating 25 persons each. Business services can be arranged on request, and a full range of audiovisual equipment is available. For larger functions, the Promenade Garden and Poolside terrace can hold up to 120 persons for dining or cocktails.
